　　第三季将自上季结尾的三个月后讲起，随着乔瑟芬婶婶去世后，莉安始终摆脱不了阴影，疑神疑鬼的现象也越来越严重。至于已接回男婴的透纳一家则期望过着正常的生活，这个心愿看来遥遥无期。

　　Plot of the series:
　　In the series “Catherine Season 4 Favorites,” the reign of the Great Empress of Russia, Catherine Alekseevna II, continues. 　　该剧共10集，是纪录片风格，时间设定在第一部电影推出后15年(类似真实生活时间)，讲述东高一群学生设计排演音乐剧《歌舞青春》，发现戏外的抓马跟剧中一样多。每集会有一首新歌，加上一首来自原电影的曲目。

　　故事进行到第三季，莫代尔高中送走了格罗夫（埃利斯戴尔·皮特里 Alistair Petrie 饰），迎来了一位名叫霍普（杰米玛·科克 Jemima Kirke 饰）的新校长，这个野心勃勃的女人决定好好的整顿一下莫代尔高中糜烂的校风。卢比（米米·基恩 Mimi Keene 饰）和欧迪斯（阿萨·巴特菲尔德 Asa Butterfield 饰）的感情还在继续，只是渐渐地，卢比发现，也许欧迪斯并不能给予她她想要的那种感情。
