　　剧集围绕Jason Dessen（Joel Edgerton饰）展开，他是一位物理学家、教授，也是个恋家的男人。有一天夜里，从芝加哥街头步行回家时，Jason被绑架进入了自己人生的另一个版本。面对自己可能经历的多元人生，他试图回到原本的现实里，奇事迅速成了场噩梦。在这重重现实迷宫中，Jason踏上了一段痛苦的旅程，以期回到真正的家人身边，并从他自己——一个最可怕又不可战胜的敌人手中，把家人拯救出来。

　　In the series “Catherine Season 4 Favorites,” the reign of the Great Empress of Russia, Catherine Alekseevna II, continues. The events take place in 1779, when the queen has been on the throne for seventeen years and has reached the peak of her greatness. 　　两部小说都先后在80年代被搬上电视屏幕，而且相当成功。电视剧把小说的人物和故事背景形象化的搬上了荧屏，真实再现了原着的宏大的战争场景和复杂的人物关系以及真实的情感。本剧演员阵容非常强大。已故美国性格巨星罗伯特米切姆扮演维克多亨利，在两部电视剧中他扮演了同一个角色。其他明星还有沙朗斯通、约翰吉尔古德爵士、简西摩尔等。《战争与回忆》的开始紧接着《战争风云》，里面涉及到太平洋战场、欧洲战场、对犹太人的大屠杀等历史事件...
